The Company Store has a new initiative to support art education and charitable work among America’s youth: the Kids Design Contest. Children 12 years and under can submit original artwork. The winning piece will be transformed into a comforter print for their ongoing Buy One, Give One Comforter Donation Program, in which The Company Store donates a new comforter to a homeless child for every comforter sold. Um, i think the oatmeal needs to add a category for trying to see how many legos we could shove up our nose… but other than that, pretty accurate. 🙂

Also – I adore that book party idea. Though I'd have to (fell some more trees) and make copies of stuff because no matter how outdated the book or no-longer-read, I just don't think I could ever cut up any book. Feels wrong. Though the arts and crafts made from them are GORG!
