Fabric Friday

Dear Stella, Piper, Floral Punch is such a calming and pretty fabric to look at. I think it would make a great sham pillow for the home, or a pretty spring table runner. What sewing projects have you been working on for the home lately? I’m always looking for new ideas.

To enter for a chance to win one yard of Dear Stella, Piper, Floral Punch tell us a new project you’d like to sew for your home. We could really use a new duvet cover. Tweet, Stumble, or share on Facebook and leave another comment letting us know. Come back every day for new entries. We’ll randomly select a winner and announce right here next Friday.

I would love to use this pretty fabric to make an outfit for my little god-daughter who loves animals!

Congrats! Look out for an email from us within the week.

What lovely fabric — it would be perfect in my dining room. Perhaps some curtains or a table runner.

This would make a beautiful piece for the headboard I’m making for my daughter’s new (big girl) bed! Her favorite color is purple and this is a nice way to incorporate without going purple-crazy. Such a lovely pattern!

I need an ironing board cover. Since my ironing board is almost never put away, I ought to make a cover that is pretty enough to look at all the time.

I need new curtains for my kitchen. I have the fabric, I just need to get them done! Thanks for the chance!

My ten year old niece would like two aprons, one for her and one for her best friend. Matching of course.

I want to make a bouquet of fabric flowers. I love having flowers in the house, but hate that they never last!

I’d love to make wall fabric artwork with that lovely floral design. I have quite a few spare buttons, it would be so much fun to match those printed flower parts with my buttons. I’d love to win.

I need to sew curtains for my craft room. Of course the sewing room is the only room with blinds and no curtains.

I have a big wooden chair with a covered seat for my sewing chair, I would love to recover that nasty thing 🙂

I would love to use this to make matching saddle pads for my riding lessons students and a matching headband for me, as their coach! Heading into the next pony club show with matching saddle pads and pink polo shirts, how cute would we be?!?
