Blueberry Lavender Ice Cream in a Blender!

Blueberry Lavender ice cream in a blender

We doubted the Blendtec. The recipe book said it could make ice cream and yet we had our doubts. But WHAT IF it actually could make ice cream? With 3 ingredients and the push of a button, ice cream ready to serve. We had to try it. Success! The blueberry ice cream is delicious on it’s own but the lavender gives it an unexpected, unique and elegant flavor. Gordon and Quinn highly approved and asked for more!

Surely its the frozen fruit doing it. I’m thinking I might try a strawberry in my blender

I’m thinking of frozen juice too. Or freezing flavored soda in ice cubes and using it. Yum. Surely its not just this blender that will do it

We use frozen fruit with some milk, honey, and a small handful of spinach in our regular blenders. The kids LOVE it and I’ve even bribed the 4 year old with it if she picks up the toys from the living room.
