Fabric Friday

This week we are giving away a sweet woodland fabric – Charley Harper for Birch Fabrics Organic, October Edibles. How cute is it? I’d love to make reversible napkin rings and a matching table runner with it for Thanksgiving. Since next Thursday will be here in a flash, I might just have to go the easy napkins route.

To enter for a chance to win one yard of Charley Harper for Birch Fabrics Organic, October Edibles tell us something you are thankful for. Tweet, Stumble, or share on Facebook and leave another comment letting us know. Come back every day for new entries. We’ll randomly select a winner and announce right here next Friday.

I am so thankful for my mom, older sister, and two grandmothers who taught me to love sewing and crafts.

I am SO thankful for my first grandbaby, Evie, born in July. I’ve pulled out my machine and have begun sewing, sewing, sewing again. 🙂 I love Charley Harper’s artwork! So excited to see it in fabric!

I am thankful for a beautiful, healthy daughter. She’s our first born and we were blessed! Our family is complete.

I’m thankful for my sisters. Being an expat is a tough job, and having them to talk to helps me keep it together! After all, who else is obliged to hear you whine about your job and still love you! They’ve given me so much support even when their own lives have been tumultuous!

I’m so thankful for God’s grace and provision! Just finished watching “It’s a Wonderful Life” and feel even more thankful for the little things.

I am thankful for a beautiful sewing machine after waiting 22yrs to be well enough to use one. I now have small windows of energy to have some fun sewing at last.

I am so thankful for the family we have. They have boarded us for the past seven weeks as our house has been flooded
