I would love love love a book like this! I’m renovating and redecorating a 100+ year old farmhouse and things like she’s got in this book appear to be exactly in line with where I’m heading in some of the spaces!

And with kids and pets… Oil cloth and other easily wipable surfaces are a MUST!
