Fabric Friday

Fabric Friday on Pretty Prudent_1

We had so much fun giving away last week’s party fabric that we decided to continue with the theme. Today we are giving away Emily Isabella for Birch Organic Fabrics, Everyday Party, Ant March. I think I’d have to make a picnic blanket out of this. The little ants are just too perfect. A bicycle basket bag out of this would be pretty darn cute too.

Enter for the chance to win Emily Isabella for Birch Organic Fabrics, Everyday Party, Ant March, and find out who won last week’s Fabric Friday after the jump…

Enter for a chance to win one yard of Emily Isabella for Birch Organic Fabrics, Everyday Party, Ant March using the rafflecopter below. We’ll randomly select a winner and announce right here next Friday.

I loved “Wake Up Little Susie”. It was popular when I was little and I played it on the record player over and over and over and over.

They’d be in Dutch, from a TV show about a duck, the song’s name would be “I’m so happy today” and it still makes me happy to listen to it. ๐Ÿ™‚

The one about the old lady who swallowed a fly is a fun childhood song. But truly I can’t remember if I knew it as a kid or only as a mom when my kid was little.

One song that I loved as a child was Wild Thing by The Troggs. My sister and I had a blast singing that one. ๐Ÿ™‚

Any Tom Chapin song – my brothers and I listened to those CDs in the car nonstop during my childhood. A favorite might have been Picnic of the World.

I grew up remembering old songs which were my parents’ favorite (and they keep playing those songs in our car over & over again) but did not recall the actual song titles. So I didn’t really have a favorite nursery songs (unless those 80s songs are considered! lol). Cute ants however, thanks for the chance to win this! ;))

Gahh, too cute! I think my favorite childhood song might be Black Socks from Girl Scout camp. “The longer you wear them, the blacker they get” ๐Ÿ˜‰
