I have had this project on my mind for a little while now, but was just waiting for the right fabric to land in my lap. I fell in love with this linen from Fabricworm and got straight to work as soon as it arrived. I am so happy with the results, partly because it was incredibly easy to do. I was able to spruce up all my hand towels in an afternoon.

Okay, when I say they project is easy, I mean it’s insanely easy. All you need is a hand towel, linen, and the Cheat for binding a quilt. The technique is also very similar to our DIY Burp Cloth too.
Tip: Make sure to pin before you sew. Terry cloth can be difficult to work with sometimes because it stretches, so pinning is definitely a priority.
Unfortunately, Fabricworm no longer has this linen in, but they do still have an awesome linen selection.
