This week you should be able to get some really fresh early season tomatoes! Yay! Go ahead and slice a few of those beauties. Cut a garlic clove in half and rub it on your toast, then lay those tomatoes down. Add some fresh basil leaves and a smattering of quality sea salt. Salt + tomatoes = heaven. If you are feeling indulgent like me, add mozzarella (or if you are feeling really indulgent, go full Burrata). Enjoy these fruits of summer!
