Easy Microwave Lemon Bar Recipe
Ingredients
Shortbread Cookies
Butter
Lemon Curd
Whipped Cream
Powdered Sugar
How to Make an Easy Microwave Lemon Bar
Crumble your shortbread cookies by placing in a bag and smashing them.
Microwave butter to melt.
Mix cookies and butter together to create a crust.
Mix 1 part lemon curd and 1 part whipped cream.
Pile on top of crust.
Let cool.
Sprinkle with Powdered Sugar.
