Raspberry Rose Blender Ice Cream Pops

Raspberry Rose Ice Cream PopsAfter the surprising success of Blueberry Lavender Ice Cream in a Blendtec Blender, we decided to experiment  and try Raspberry Rose. While the recipe wasn’t as successful as an ice cream, it made AMAZING ice cream pops that the kids and I LOVED! We can’t wait to make more.

At this point I was expecting to be able to serve it up as ice cream but the consistency was not as thick as the blueberry lavender, and also the raspberry seeds were very noticeable, but since the flavor was outstanding, we decided to fill up some ice pop molds and experiment.
Raspberry Rice Ice Cream PopsThe pops froze up quickly and the ice cream pop consistency blended the berry seed texture well. My kids have been asking for more of these unique and all natural ice cream pops ever since..
