Microwave Blueberry Cobbler in a Cup Recipe. YUM DAVID!
In this, our second episode of Jaime’s Lazy Late Night Cooking Corner, the new show where I whip up last-minute single serve microwave treats every Thursday while wearing my robe, we will be whipping up a super simple and extra delicious blueberry cobbler. The addition of quick cook oats adds a nice texture to counteract the gloppiness microwave cooking can sometimes have, and bonus: no egg needed!

Just stop. I’ve already eaten 3…ok maybe 4 cups of your coffee cake recipe! Off to whip this up…don’t tell my diet.
Can you use frozen berries in this?
Delicious! Made some and it was enough to share with my daughter. Perfect for a treat when you want something sweet but not enough too overindulge. Definitely going to make it again!
I’m obsessed with this recipe. I’ve made it twice in two days and it was amazing.
