Here’s an easy-peasy idea for a Father’s Day breakfast the kids can help you whip together… it’s a pancake baked in a muffin tin to create a little pancake cup. It’s like a magical intersection on the corner of Breakfast Boulevard and Dessert Street.
I had so much fun making Milkmates (remember those super fun frozen flavor cubes?), so when milk asked me to contribute another recipe to the breakfast project, I was excited to grab the camera and let Scarlet run the show. We needed to come up with a recipe for father’s day, and seeing this fun little graphic reinforced our intuition that something in the pancake family was definitely the way to go. Watch the video to get the easy peasy (Scarlet makes ’em herself!) pancake cup recipe.
This is GREAT! And they look yummy. Aria loves to cook so I might have to try this one out!
Every time I think it can’t get any better, it does! Love the pancups video. And the new word for our kitchen vocabulary. Cutest family EVER, and I’m not prejudice at all.
Cutest thing ever! Since, I am playing dad, I will make myself these :).
How full do you fill the muffin tin? I had to watch and stop the video several times to get all the ingredients. Did I get everything:
3/4 C milk
3/4 C flour
4 eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 C melted butter
Mix together and blend well. Pour into muffin tin and bake at 400 for 15 min.
Thanks
